Part of Lean Enterprise Australia’s mission is to support organisations with their lean transformations. A key component of any lean transformation is improving capability in Lean Thinking tools and practices. LEA’s workshops are designed to support organisational transformation efforts and can be tailored to suit the specific needs of your organisation.

One of our in-house workshops in a Melbourne company directly resulted in greatly reduced manufacturing lead time, an increase in customers and a sustained increase in sales without any capital expenditure. So not only did trainees gain Lean Thinking capability, the company also experienced a lift in profitability!

In order to deliver an effective training event, we will work with you to tailor the content of a workshop, or a combination of workshops, to the specific needs of your organisation. At your request, we can visit your company before the workshop to become familiar with your processes and organisational concerns and use this information to customise the program content.
